Coolfire SEO AI Update

Description

George says he is very close to turning on the SEO system and getting it running, but he still needs to narrow down the guidance and decide where it will live. He explains that the system uses shared context, suggested topics, target keywords, and agents like a topic researcher and blog writer, with Google Docs used for review and feedback. George also notes that the drafted articles will be available for review in Google Docs and that the team will need to establish a schedule and feedback process before the system runs regularly.

[00:00] Hey folks, happy Friday. I'm really excited to give you this update here. I gave you a TLDR in an email, but this is a little bit more expansive thing.

[00:10] Bear with me, I'm going to try to walk through as much as I can about what we have and what I've built. We're very close to kind of getting this thing turned on and working and having the SEO stuff start to roll in.

[00:20] So we just need to kind of narrow down a little bit more guidance and figure out where this thing's going to live. And then we're off to the races. So yeah, good news.

[00:30] So backing up to last week, I showed you a bunch of code and said this is a system that I'm making and it does a bunch of stuff. And it's going to output a bunch of Google Docs and you can kind of go in there and give it feedback and et cetera.

[00:40] I realize that that was sort of a little undercooked in the way that you actually might want to work with it.

[00:50] And instead was like, I think we need a bit more basic interface to kind of like let this thing get going. This may be even too much, right? This might be showing too much for now, but it's definitely a first pass.

[01:00] So what are we looking at here and sort of how does this work? This is currently running on my computer and the connection to chat TBT is also running on my computer.

[01:10] So the system basically works with kind of two chunks. You have this kind of dashboard and database of the all of the actual blogs and topics and keywords and stuff.

[01:20] And then you have the LLM that's actually connected to it. I've set this up such that it's running right now using the chat GPT app.

[01:30] So if we're running this on a mini that you guys have in-house, just install chat GPT, sign in, off to the races. This thing will recognize it and we'll use the GPT app and then you don't have to deal with API keys and token counts and all that fun stuff.

[01:40] But I also build it so that you can add an open AI key or cloud or whatever other one you want.

[01:50] OK, so let's start with the context. Right. So basically building here is the about cool fire.

[02:00] This is the whole document about the company and what's their rules and guardrails. This is what the agents actually how they actually behave.

[02:10] And then the voice and the tone. Right. This kind of is where it's pulling stuff from what the current Web site is and kind of gives an idea about what it should sound like.

[02:20] Right. At any point, we can edit this just like any other kind of doc. So you can kind of go through and be like, actually, it's not warm and direct. We're cold and disdainful or whatever it might be.

[02:30] And then that will kind of update accordingly for the next run. Right. That's how this thing is always kind of processing on a scheduled basis.

[02:40] You'd say, well, what it actually will write out is all of this markdown. So same goes for about cool fire, et cetera. If you decide to change your Web site or you move or whatever it might be, we could add that there.

[02:50] If you have other services or you want to just and we can just add more context about all of this stuff. More in-depth information about each of these will just provide more for the system. Right.

[03:00] So that's the context then. And the context you think of is like it's the guts of it. It's who it is. That's what it is. This is the system. Right. It's always going to rely on on this context.

[03:10] The guidance is when where things start to have a little bit more agency. Right. Where suddenly we're saying you're going to make a decision about what you're going to write and we are not going to tell you.

[03:20] But we are going to provide you some suggested topics and a queue of things that us humans might care about. Right. Right.

[03:30] So in here you can see we have this at first idea. It's also hovering on literally every single screen on here.

[03:40] So if you just want to plop something in, you can also makes a little bit easier if you're working on your phone. But basically what it will do is, you know, we can go ahead and add a new idea, whatever it might be.

[03:50] We say add to queue and it'll show up in here. Right. So we could say, let's do something about how to avoid gaining weight on sets with craft.

[04:10] Is that what they call it? Craft food. Right. Maybe it's C.A.T., but I don't know. I'm from Philly. So there you go. Right. And now it's in there. And the next time that one of the blog writer wakes up, it's going to go, oh, my God.

[04:20] There's an idea in here. I'm going to get to it. So I'm going to delete this so that we don't need it.

[04:30] Oh, maybe I need to add a delete button. That's funny. OK, we'll delete it later. But regardless, there's also then the suggested topics. Right. And this one is note on this.

[04:40] This is kind of asterisks here. This one is one of the agents is actually getting to work. And so you could say, oh, this one's actually great. Like plan or turn into video openings before the edit.

[04:50] Yeah, I like that idea. I'm going to add that to the kit. And so now that's the second one that will end up. And we'll make it the first one just in case. OK.

[05:00] It also is showing all the target keywords. This is really just for you know for us and you can see once it hits a keyword or starts working on one it'll start putting drafts in where it's found it. It has sort of a priority list here. This all came from kind

[05:10] of my research and probably won't have to be touched for a while but just to kind of give you a sense of what it's actually doing. So that's the guidance. That's where and what it should

[05:20] write about in different directions. Then we get to the agents. So the agents are what are actually kind of populating the guidance or doing something. So the topic researcher for example,

[05:30] this one you can see I ran it earlier today. It went through and we can literally see the

[05:40] readout of what it was doing. So this is like literally it's thoughts going down just like any other AI thread and then at the end it saved a google doc for review and a local report and

[05:50] created this output thing. If I click it you can see the research that it ran and the keywords context etc and then the some of the opportunities etc right and this as a result tangibly ended up

[06:00] as these suggested topics. So you don't have to like necessarily go through and always read every

[06:10] single research report the things do. It's just there so that we can kind of kick it off and be like oh we need some more topics in there how about good you know go find some new things that

[06:20] would be interesting to write about. Then on the other hand we have the blog writer right so I'm going to go ahead and run this one and so this is running now on my chat gpt app here and so you can

[06:30] see the the thing is getting to work. So it says I'm going to read all the shared context right context and the blog workflow which is basically what it knows to do right here. This is all of

[06:40] its rules and everything it cares about its whole world and then it's going to start making the google docs. So it's going to attempt it hopefully it'll succeed but in any event you can see the top

[06:50] key item is the alternative video openings right so the thing that we marked here has to be the first thing but that's what it found and said great I have a topic here I'm going to get to

[07:00] work on writing and so it'll take a couple minutes and it'll write so I'll move on for a little bit. So then schedules so like I said for this thing to be a kind of a system that we just want to have

[07:10] always going we can set up a schedule for when we'll actually want to run this right so we can

[07:20] say we want to run the blog writer on whatever days maybe we do it daily maybe we do it a couple times a week we'll have to figure out that cadence because we don't want to run it too often and then

[07:30] have a problem of us not giving it feedback and then we don't like what it's doing and then we go this thing sucks and we toss it to the side we need to make sure that we give the agents the room to

[07:40] be successful effectively just like any other employee so we need to make sure that we provided some good feedback so that's why I have those 10 articles maybe I didn't mention that I've tried

[07:50] this video a few times my camera crashed so I don't remember what I've said but we have 10 articles that we can start with to provide feedback there and kind of get the thing going and then lastly

[08:00] the settings is probably the least exciting part but you can see all of the stuff in here that it basically needs the folder where it's going to put the google drive stuff you can see that you can

[08:10] have open ai or clod I have currently I'm using the codec cli otherwise known as the chat tvt app but yeah so let's jump back to the agent let's see it's still uh writing okay so it's kind of it's

[08:20] kind of doing its thing so we can kind of check on it on that later but for now I'll jump over to

[08:30] documents which is the only thing I haven't really talked about yet so at the end of this whole process right you end up with documents these are google docs they're technically have a mirrored

[08:40] thing so that it can keep track of stuff so we're looking at a mirrored one but you can open it google docs anything that happens in google docs they will pay attention to right so this is one of

[08:50] the articles there I think I already had open one to make this more seamless so imagine I'm clicking on click and we open this right so now this is the google doc version of that and we can this is

[09:00] where we would start to provide feedback right or where you guys can discuss like yeah we like this thing now we want to talk about that this should be in bullet form anything like that

[09:10] can go in here and what will happen is it will read through those edits and update them accordingly

[09:20] right so that would technically be a third agent that we're going to add but I figure we would kind of get all the comments in there and I sort of see what the flavor is first and then that

[09:30] would be another one that would be scheduled so you know you can imagine that on any given day that the comment checker is going to run constantly because it wants to see if there's

[09:40] anything there that it needs to improve and then it would take what its comments and kind of understand what to do edit the document and then also edit some of the context right if you if you

[09:50] make mention of the voice and the teller this doesn't sound like us it's going to have permission to go and kind of fix itself effectively

[10:00] So you can see then there's a bunch of the other documents there is sort of like a tracking of what This one's you know notes. That's still in review We haven't really established yet

[10:10] How we're sort of checking these things as done and then moving them on once we establish that That they'll be UI to sort of deal with it

[10:20] effectively and then Yeah, the other piece is that you can see that it's sort of tagging CF 0 0 7 And what that actually means is a sort of fancy way for it to note the topic so if I scroll down here you can see

[10:30] CF 0 0 7 how should a client choose and review the sound for commercial video

[10:40] So it this is what it sort of wrote and then it's basically you can connect to the actual see that the blog article there As well, so both things kind of point to the same spot

[10:50] To be able to kind of provide that guidance or if you're like, oh, yeah, that was actually what what what do we actually write? About I see that we've wrote something here for this topic What was it you can kind of pull it out and you can also see the keyword that it was going after so

[11:00] Lot here I realized but kind of wanted to give you a full sense there So, okay, the draft is ready uses the thing

[11:10] Let's see. I'm not creating Google Doc required overview. So it's still working on that Google Doc But it should be ready in a minute or so

[11:20] If I sort of close this you can see that it just says running maybe my face is in the way Yeah, there we go running And so yeah, once that's done it will pop up in documents and this little magic number nine

[11:30] We'll turn to a magic number ten and we'll have our ten articles for you guys to start reviewing So yeah, I will send this video over obviously you won't be able to access this right away. So we're gonna have to figure out

[11:40] Where do we put this and how we kind of get this going such and you guys think can get going on it

[11:50] You will be able to access the Google Docs though. So I've also included a link in the email for that So you can get going on on sort of reading what the articles are and sort of providing some high-level feedback

[12:00] In there. So yeah exciting stuff. Talk soon
